Maxine is a natural connector and began her recruitment career while DJing and promoting club nights in London. She has long lived the dual life of a corporate and creative and since returning to Melbourne in 2009 has been involved with running local events and festivals and co-hosts the BPM radio show on 106.7 PBS FM. She brings 8 years of local industry knowledge and relationships within the social, sustainability and property space.

Maxine believes human connection can catalyse solutions to social and environmental pressures and that having a sense of place and belong is the beginning for creating thriving communities.
